I have been associated with Family Excursions
for the past 7 years. I have found all the tour
guides to be knowledgeable, professional, and
flexible. Being flexible is a very good asset
for a tour guides because things do not always
work out the way they have been planned. All the
bus drivers we have had are amazing in their
ability to get their big busses in and out of
tight places especially in downtown New York
City. All of the people I have dealt with in
their office have been extremely helpful when I
have needed to make last minute changes which
have occurred from time to time. I heartily
